In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days to notify us of any issues or cancellation of your order. From the date of notification you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving your return and approving the refund depending on your card issuer’s policies.

PLEASE NOTE –

  • Refunds will be offered on goods that are returned within the aforementioned timescales and in the original condition.
  • On contacting us we will advise you where the product needs to be returned to as we have a number of suppliers.
  • You will be liable for return P&P Costs as we have provided this for FREE to you.
  • You will need to provide proof of postage/return for the item you are returning. 
  • No refunds will be issued for products that have been custom made, personalised or adapted in any way to meet your needs.
